As part of their activities, PKB company collectsIn the course of their activities, PKB is required to collect and process personal data about you. VI. What data are processed and the pruposes of the processing ?

All data to be entered are mandatory in the forms submitted to you.

The data collected through the forms are necessary for the provision of the products and services offered. If you do not wish to provide the necessary data, PKB will not be able to process your request.

VII. Who receives your personal data?

For the purposes described above, your data may be transmitted:

• Internal services at PKB: the departments and services receiving your request: human resources, sales, marketing, etc.
• To service providers external to PKB: technical service providers, including subcontractors who provide services or assistance and advice to PKB;

IX. Where are your personnal data ?

All processing of your personal data is carried out on the territory of the European Union (EU).

However, if PKB or one of its subcontractors or partners were located outside the European Union and that subcontractor or partner was located in a country that was not recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, PKB would require it to comply with its requirements for the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to process your data only for the purposes determined by PKB. PKB undertakes to implement the technical and organizational means necessary to ensure a level of security adapted to the risk in terms of confidentiality of integrity and availability of data.
