• 1 General Information

The website pkbmachines.com (hereinafter referred to as the «Website») is operated by PKB with its headquarters located at 1 route d’Orléans, 27930 ANGERVILLE LA CAMPAGNE, FRANCE], registered under the business registry number [insert PKB’s registry number], email: DPO@pkb.fr (hereinafter referred to as the «Data Controller»).

In the course of the Website’s operations, data from users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as «Users»), including personal data, may be collected, processed, and utilized. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Website operator. 

User data may be collected as a result of their voluntary submission by Users, through the use of cookies, and through the use of tools described below by the Data Controller. Additionally, information about the user’s IP address, the timing of the request and response, the website from which the user was redirected to the Website, and the type of software used by the user may be collected. This information is used for the purposes of administering the Website and for creating statistics and analyses.

• 2 Personal Data

The Data Controller of Users’ personal data is PKB. Through the Website, the Data Controller may collect and then process personal data for purposes such as:

• Contacting the User,
• Sending the User newsletters and providing commercial information via mail or phone,
• Sending of general information, commercial proposals and business development materials,
• Statistics and analysis of Users’ behavior on the website.

The Data Controller may share User data with its subcontractors (entities whose services are used for processing), such as IT service and solution providers or entities providing IT services. Personal data are processed for the period indicated to the User in relevant information provided at the time of data collection. For data processed for the purpose of statistics, analysis of Users’ behavior on the website, and contact with the User, the Data Controller may process data for a period of 3 years from the day of collection.

When processing data, the Data Controller may use entities based in the USA. Therefore, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The Data Controller exclusively uses entities that participate in the EU-US Privacy Shield program and ensure an adequate level of data protection.

In cases where data processing is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
